Dance Council
The University of Chicago Dance Council is a co-curricular program that oversees, supports, and creates programming with all existing dance organizations at UChicago. Created in 2011, the Dance Council is composed of two presidents, as well as 13 representatives that speak on behalf of each of UChicago's 13 dance organizations.
Virtual Dance Lab
The TAPS Dance Program partners with resident company Lucky Plush Productions to provide daily online dance and movement classes for all levels of experience! Check the schedule HERE. New classes are still being added, so check back regularly!

Every year, the Committee on Theater and Performance and Studies, in collaboration with the College, grants the below awards to graduating students.
BA Projects
The TAPS BA project marks the culmination of a student’s studies in TAPS and is typically presented during Spring Quarter of the student's fourth year.

MA Program
The TAPS program specialization in the Master of Arts Program in the Humanities (MAPH) is ideally suited to students who seek an intensive immersion in the field of theater and performance studies and/or who seek to extend their training in the theory and practice of theater and performance studies at the graduate level.
